Marci Maniker
Marci Maniker, M.A., Management and Organizational Development Consultant, has over 25 years of experience in the professional services industry. She enhances workplace productivity through coaching and consulting. Marci helps organizations and individuals optimize their performance so that work flows effectively. She leverages her areas of expertise including strategic planning, managing change, meeting facilitation and team building as an Executive Board Member and the Chair of the Board Development Committee.
Marci Maniker has been a member of Sinai Temple since 1995. All three of her daughters, Sarah, Mandy and Ariella, attended Sinai Akiba and had their Bat Mitzvahs with Family Minyan. Marci served on the Akiba Education Committee and for many years, Marci chaired the Sinai Akiba Tikkun Olam and Israel Action Committees. Marci started the Si-Net Business Networking Group at Sinai Temple and served as Family Minyan Coordinator. She serves presently as Assistant Secretary on the Executive Board and also serves on the Membership and Shiva Committees.
