SUMMARY:Men's Club Presents: Is Tikkun Olam Actually Good for the Jews?
DESCRIPTION:Tikkum Olam-repairing the world- is one of the most enduring Jewish values.\nYet\, some people argue that the contemporary social justice movement misinterprets what it really means\, with potentially disturbing consequences for Jews. Is this true? \nJoin Sinai Temple Men’s Club for a timely and enlightening discussion between Rabbi David Wolpe\, Rabbi Sharon Brous (IKAR) and Jonathan Neumann\, author of To Heal the World?: How the Jewish Left Corrupts Judaism and Endangers Israel. They will explore the role of Tikkun Olam in our culture and tradition. \nDinner provided to Sinai Temple & Men’s Club members; $10 at the door for non-members
