Support Group for Caregivers: Families loving a member with Alzheimer’s Disease
Four-Session Support Group for Caregivers: This weekly gathering will facilitate the sharing of feelings and ideas among participants who love or care for someone living with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia led by Carolyn Hoffman LCSW, Director of Sinai Temple's Mental Health Center, and Yael Wyte, MSW, from the California Southland Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Dates Include: October 18, 2023 / October 25, 2023 / November 1, 2023 / November 8, 2023 from 10am-11:30am. Four-week commitment required. Arts and Crafts Workshop
Come and join us for an Arts and Crafts Workshop led by Gail Rollman. Get creative! Make different forms of art such as collage, mixed media, water color, acrylic painting, and crafts. Have fun and learn new techniques each week. Dates for this workshop are September 6, 13, 20, 27 and October 4, 11, 18, 25. All classes are from 10:30am-12:00pm at Sinai Temple.
