Hi! My name is Diana Pakdaman and I graduated from the college of fashion in Israel. I taught fashion to teenagers who had a very difficult life. Through learning fashion, these teenagers were able to overcome their some of challenges in their lives. I later immigrated to the United States after I married and started a new life in America. In January of 1987, I came to Sinai Temple as a sub for the Sinai Temple preschool and religious school and I have stayed here ever since! In Hebrew, there is a saying: Hetzitz v’nifga meaning “Peeked and fell in love” and this is what happened to me with the youngest students. I loved seeing how they thrive and enjoy learning, especially how they enjoy learning and experiencing Judaism. I look forward to meeting a new group of students this year!
