RABBI MICAH MILLER
6TH GRADE – KITAH VAV
Two of the core Jewish values that I find myself identifying with the most are chinuch and limmud or education and learning. I love these two values because they really are at the core of our religion. I find it absolutely amazing how much our tradition emphasizes learning. I love that our faiths tells us as parents that we need to provide our children with a strong an education, both in Jewish matters and secular. It also encourages adults to never stop learning. As I hold these values so closely to my heart I want to try and remind everyone that we are all teachers, including the students, and that we are all students, even the rabbis. I believe and hold to this sort of outlook on life, as life long learners, helps to truly foster a community of chinuch and limmud.
