Sisterhood

“Come be a part of our Community! Enrich your life
through spiritual growth, shared experiences, friendships
and recognition of our Jewish heritage.”

Sisterhood empowers a diverse group of women of varying ages to observe and promote Jewish values and traditions, enjoying warmth and friendship in the process. While enriching our lives through our many activities, we support Sinai Temple, Conservative Judaism and the greater community through our social action programs and fundraising efforts. We value the energy, ideas and participation that our members bring.

Hear Our Voice

Sinai Temple Sisterhood proudly supports the Women’s League for Conservative Judaism’s annual Torah Fund Scholarship Campaign.

Torah Fund raises money for scholarships and programming to support our future rabbis, cantors, educators, administrators and lay-leaders of the Jewish community, as well as research at the schools they attend.

We are proud that this includes five Conservative/Masorti rabbinical schools around the world which benefit from Torah Fund: Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies in Los Angeles, Jewish Theological Seminary in New York, Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, Seminario Rabinico Latino Americano in Buenos Aires, and Zacharias Frankel College in Potsdam, Germany.

Please listen to what Rabbi Nicole Guzik says about the importance of the Torah Fund HERE
