Courtney Platt  

Courtney Platt is the Dance Director at Sinai Akiba Academy, where she is passionate about inspiring students through dance, creativity, and Jewish values. An active member of numerous Sinai Temple and SAA committees, she is dedicated to strengthening and enriching the Sinai community.

Before joining Sinai, Courtney performed and choreographed professionally for television, film, live productions. She was a Top Four finalist and returning All-Star on So You Think You Can Dance. 

A proud convert and member of the Sinai family, Courtney met her husband, Sinai alumnus Jonah Platt, while performing in HAIR at the Hollywood Bowl. She now has three children, two of whom are students at SAA. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2012, she is also involved with the National MS Society, supporting fundraising efforts and mentoring those newly diagnosed.
