Robert T. (Tom) Flesh
Robert T. (Tom) Flesh was born in Los Angeles to parents who were both Holocaust survivors. He attended schools in Los Angeles and graduated from the USC School of Business in 1972 and Loyola Law School in 1975. After graduation from law school, he worked in government and thereafter began a career in real estate acquisition, development and management where he currently serves as Co-President of Safety Investment Company and Community Asset Management and a Director of Thrifty Oil Co and it’s affiliated companies. Mr. Flesh is a past President of Sinai Temple and has served on many community boards and commissions including past President of the California New Motor Vehicle Board, Chair of the Sheriff’s Youth Foundation, member of the USC Gerontology School Board of Councilors and the Los Angeles Police Reserve Foundation. Mr. Flesh and his wife, Judy Orden Flesh are active in many community charitable organizations and in addition to Jewish based initiatives, they support causes that provide hope and opportunity to at risk youths. Judy and Tom live in Los Angeles and have four adult children (three married), and two grandchildren.
