ATID Outdoors: Hike the Mandeville Canyon Trail

Join ATID on Sunday, August 13th at 9am as we hike the Mandeville Canyon Trail and take in views of the canyon filled with beautiful wildflowers. This moderate out-and-back hike is 7.1 miles round trip with ~1,100ft of elevation gain is expected to take just over 3 hours. Please note that there is limited shade, so sun protection is a must.

In accordance with Sinai Temple’s COVID-19 protocols (https://www.sinaitemple.org/covid-19/), please stay home if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms or have been directly exposed to someone with Covid-19.

Bring: At least two liters of water, good hiking shoes, long pants, sun protection (sunscreen, hat), layered clothing, a snack, and of course a big smile on your face!

Meeting Point/Parking: Please meet at the parking lot located at 2660 Westridge Rd, Los Angeles, CA, 90049. We will wait at the trailhead next to the gate. If you are running behind, fill free to start hiking as we will catch you along the way or on the way back.

Dogs: Dogs are allowed on all parts of our planned route but they must be on a leash.
