Presented by Sinai Temple’s Israel Center and Sinai Akiba Academy, join us for a new program for all ages, exploring the historical context and contemporary implications surrounding Israel’s most pressing issues, and how to speak with our children and grandchildren about them. The first session, Israel as a Democracy, will explore key issues in Israel’s upcoming elections. The presenter is Dr. Tomer Persico, Research Fellow and Scholar-In-Residence of the Shalom Hartman Institute and Koret Visiting Assistant Professor of Jewish and Israel Studies at U.C. Berkeley.
