Are you a parent or grandparent of a gifted and talented child? Do you know how to identify a gifted child? Here is a hint…Grades have nothing to do with it.
Learn how you can help your child or grandchild achieve his/her full potential by understanding the type of learner he/she is. Don’t miss this informative presentation by Charlene Andersson, a renowned expert in creating curriculum for gifted children and special learners. Andersson will speak about the role of parents/grandparents and how they can recognize and develop the potential of the gifted child, accelerate learning and help foster self-esteem. She will also address necessary skills in dealing with school teachers/administrators so that parents can act as ultimate advocates their children’s’ special, academic needs.
