ATID: Young Professionals

ATID is Sinai Temple’s young professionals’ community, dedicated to fostering Jewish learning, meaningful connections, and engagement with Jewish tradition. Our goal is to create a pathway for young adults in their 20s and 30s to become active members of the Jewish community, both socially and spiritually, while strengthening their connection to Sinai Temple.

We offer a diverse range of programs that attract young adults from different Jewish backgrounds and levels of observance. Our strategy balances Jewish learning, religious practice, and community-building, ensuring that every event incorporates meaningful Jewish content.

ATID Core Programming

ATID offers a wide range of programming that blends social connection with Jewish content, ensuring that every event incorporates Jewish values and traditions:

The Ted & Hedy Orden Family Friday Night Live – A signature ATID Shabbat experience.
Atid-Specific Holiday Programming – Meaningful celebrations for Passover, Purim, Sukkot, and more.
Shabbat Dinners & Learning – An intimate Shabbat experience with Jewish learning in a home-setting.
Monthly Hikes – Connecting nature with Jewish mindfulness and spirituality.
Weekly & Monthly Yoga Sessions – Incorporating meditation and wellness practices.
Basketball League (Twice Weekly) – Fostering camaraderie within the Jewish community.
Monthly Social Events – Strengthening connections within a Jewish framework.

Sunday, November 9 | 9:20AM

Make new friends while getting sun and exercise in! Join Atid for our monthly hike on Sunday, November 9 at 9:20am as we ascend to a viewtower atop the old Nike Base with panoramic with views of both the city and valley along the way! Meeting spot will be sent out prior to the hike.

ATID Attends a Clipper’s Game!

Monday, November 10 | 7:10PM

Inuit Dome

Atid is heading to the new Inuit Dome to cheer on our favorite team the Clippers as they take on the Atlanta Hawks.

Early access to the game! Arrive at 5:30pm to watch your Clipper’s warm up. Game starts at 7:10pm.
