If you or someone you know is experiencing mental illness, please know that you are not alone. In addition to the resources through the Sinai Temple Mental Health Center, Sinai Temple’s clergy and pastoral care team are here to support you.
Listed below are major national hotlines and crisis resources as well as selected Jewish communal resources. Some of these resources offer 24/7 crisis support, while others provide information and referrals in non-crisis situations.
