LISA POMPAN
Co-President of Sisterhood
Lisa has been a member of Sinai Temple for over 36 years. Her two daughters – now 27 and 29 years old respectively, “grew up” at Sinai Temple, attending Pre-School, Religious School, SiHi, as well as celebrating their B’nai Mitzvahs within our community. Lisa received a BA in English from UCLA and her background in advertising and marketing continues to serve her today.
During her years at the synagogue, Lisa has served as an officer, a member of the Board of Directors and a committee chair focusing on both membership and development. Now entering her third year as Co-president of Sisterhood with her fellow Co-president Leslie Wachtel, together they look forward to working with Sinai’s women leaders to build community and support Sinai Temple, Conservative Judaism and people in need.
