Dor Chadash is Sinai Temple’s warm and welcoming community for families with young children (ages 0-6). Together, families engage in social, cultural and spiritual activities that build upon and enrich Jewish identity.
Through programming, Dor Chadash teaches acceptance of others, encourages acts of kindness and tzedakah and helps children learn through play. We focus on creating personal connections with clergy, engagement and excitement about the holidays and fun opportunities for families to enjoy Jewish life together.

Our exciting holiday events include Shofar Blast (High Holiday services for young children), Hanukkah Party, Sukkot Yeladim, Planet Purim and more!!
Don’t miss our playstation, sponsored by Sinai Temple Sisterhood and located outside of Ziegler Sanctuary every Shabbat morning. This special station provides books and toys that can be borrowed to play with during Shabbat services.
You may also drop your potty-trained children off at The Elaine & Gerald Wolpe Parenting Center on Shabbat mornings, starting at 9:30am, for free childcare while you worship.
