Hi, my name is Chaya Kashani. The most significant date in my life is today. It says in Parshat Va’etchana, “hayom la’asotam – today to do them [the mitzvot].” Judaism is not just something that our grandparents did, or something we will learn about one day in the future. Judaism is how we live — now — today. Today, G-d gave me life, and that means I have something incredible to do today. And anything worth doing, is worth doing today.
