4TH GRADE TEACHING ASSISTANT

The pandemic truly shifted all of the paths I was hoping to begin and all the journeys I wanted to embark on this year. I was hoping to travel and see the world for a fresh perspective. However, the pandemic had different plans for me. Quarantine taught me that it is okay to slow down my pace sometimes, to relax and to enjoy the small joys in life. I began going to the park more often, having conversations and connecting with friends, because having people by your side is always helpful. I began taking time enjoying the little things in life. I resumed focusing on my passion for photography, and began to take notice that there is more to life than just the race. I can now apply that to my teaching, and approach it with a fresh perspective on patience and understanding.
