7TH GRADE TEACHER

My name is Zach Schwartz and this is my first year teaching at Sinai Temple Religious School. The date that has a little extra meaning for me is February 4, 2018 or 19th of Sh’vat, 5778. This is the day the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history. One thing you will quickly learn about me is I love sports and any chance I get to connect something to it…I will. For me, sports are more than a game. It’s a way to bring people together, create traditions, and fight for a common cause. In any given season (or stretch of seasons) you will see stories of success, failure, perseverance, hardships, and heart. All of these storylines can be found throughout Jewish history and I look forward to working with you to help uncover them.
