Sinai Temple Religious School Na’aseh Retreat

This past weekend, nearly eighty 5th-7th graders spent a fun-filled weekend at Camp JCA Shalom for Sinai Temple Religious School’s annual Na’aseh Retreat. Despite the clouds and rain, morale was high and students arrived in sunny spirits, ready for an activity-packed weekend of Jewish learning and connection.

Students bonded in the cabins, experienced Shabbat dinner, Shabbat service and Havdlalah together, embarked upon a night hike, and enjoyed ruach-filled (spirited) singing. They learned lessons on Shomrei Adama (protecting the earth) and connected to nature. A  fan-favorite from the weekend was Robbo, the enthusiastic song leader, and the ultimate highlight was the community bonding with Religious School teachers and students!
