On Wednesday, February 28, the Sinai Temple Social Action Committee and Alice and Nahum Lainer School of Sinai Temple came together to pack bags for those in need. This month’s beneficiary of the packing was Chai Lifeline, a preeminent international health support networks supporting seriously ill children, their families, and communities.
Packing with Purpose is a brand new initiative of the Social Action Committee. It is held the fourth Wednesday of each month from 3-4pm. The next session will be Wednesday, March 28 at 3pm and will benefit the UCLA Food Closet. For more information about the program, please call (310) 481-3256.
