Sinai Temple Mental Health Center’s Take a Breath and Eat a Taco ATID Event
The Sinai Temple Mental Health Center welcomes you to “Take A Breath and Eat a Taco.” When life gets stressful, what feels better than some deep breathing and fresh salsa? Join the Sinai Temple ATID Young Professionals Community for an Invigorating evening of Friendship including breathwork, A Relaxing Sound Bath, and A Delicious Taco Dinner. High Tea in the Sukkah
Please join the Sisterhood on Wednesday, October 4 from 3-5pm for High Tea in the Sukkah. During this event, Minou Soumekh Michlin will be discussing her best-selling book, I Kept Walking: The Unlikely Story of a Persian Woman with Polio moderated by Rabbi Nicole Guzik.
