Join Sinai Temple Teen Center's Jewish Youth Philanthropy Class in combating antisemitism in high school and college campuses on May 30th at 6pm at Sinai Temple. In the midst of all the hatred directed towards Jewish people, it is significant to have a powerful nonprofit such as StandWithUs to spread awareness on the issue. We'll have delicious food, exciting raffle prizes, music, and amazing guest speakers featuring Jewish Activist, Jonah Platt, StandWithUs Southwest Regional Manager, Chloe Levian, and Jewish Artist, Alex Woz. The Sinai Temple Mental Health Center is excited to welcome Dr. Jonathan Goldfinger, MD, MPH, FAAP, for two signature events on Wednesday, May 31 in Kohn Chapel, on the current state of our mental health and wellness! The first session, from 6:30pm – 7:15pm, is called, “Raising Resilient Adults: How to Ensure our Children Thrive.” This dynamic conversation is designed to address the unique concerns of parents in today’s complex world. This program is made possible by a generous gift through the Sandra Mason Trust. Light refreshments will be served. The event is free, but please register for the first session here.

Please join us on Tuesday, June 6th from 6:30-8:00pm in Kohn Chapel for an enlightening discussion followed by a Q&A. Professor Michael Kogan, an established professor with vast experience will be teaching Jewish and Christian religious texts and on the philosophical and religious thoughts of Kierkegaard, Heidegger, and T.S.
